Mountain Biking In Licao Licao Via Macabud-Part 1

Trail Achieved:
1. From our House to Litex
2. From Litex to Crossing(San Jose Montalban, Rizal)
3. From Crossing to Macabud
4. From Macabud to Licao- Licao, Bulacan
5. Side trip to Balagbag Falls
6. From Licao Licao to Tungkong Mangga(in short Tungko), San Jose del Monte, Bulacan
7. From Tungko to Bayan(Novaliches)
8. From Bayan to House.

Total Distance Travel:
72.89 Km.

Trail Sketch:
From Litex, head to Montalban until you reached the Crossing(it was a road intersection heading to Erap City on straight and San Jose on left). Follow the road heading to Erap City. Watched on your left the entrance and boundary heading to Macabud(I think it was a 3rd intersection from Crossing and the road straight is to landfill). As you you enter the boundary, an uphill cemented road will be reached after few meters. Beware of the garbage trucks, they might kill you if your not careful. There was a fork while heading to Macabud, chose the straight road(the left road heads to garbage trucks shortcut road to Litex. Locals said it was a private road and they didn't allow by passers). Rough road will start after few meters from the fork. Just follow the road until you reached the Double Mahogany(it was a place filled with planted mahogany trees). There was an intersection again, the road on the left heads to Pangarap and the road straight heads to Licao Licao, we just follow the road heading to Licao Licao. Following the road heading to Licao Licao, you will reached the Licao Licao Flea Market. From that placed you can choose either to go to Balagbag Falls and have some swimming or head to Tungkong Mangga(in short Tungko). From Tungko, follow the road to the left, it heads to SM Fairview.

Description of the trail:
1. Very good trail. There is a muddy, rocky rough road and also few cemented roads. Rocky roads is extremely exciting but also dangerous. Thanks to my front suspension, it absorbs the vibration(My bike is a hard tail bike).
2. We saw a bricks factory(we called it a hidden bricks city because it is far from the urban) while going home via Tungko.

Here are some of the pictures:

Summary:
1. Owen replaced his brake pads, blown out his rear tube(interior) and always adjusting his saddle.
2. Elias' needs to replaced his pedals.
3. Raymond has discovered a new exhibition, it is how to exhibit wheelie and a tumbling with his bike resting on his body(it is an accident hehehe but he managed to continue do it).
4. Sir Al has cracking sound on his pedal.
5. George has wound on his right knee(my fault cause I always want on the side of the road).

Sir, correct ko lang, the crossing
as they called it, the road leading to the Crossing of Manila hills and Erap City is not really a crossing but a JUNCTION.

Hello antonio.

Thanks bro.

Junction pala talaga ang tawag doon. Anyway much better to use crossing mas kilala na kasi ng mga tao hehehe.

Bro join ka minsan sa amin. Meron akong kakilala na taga-Montalban din (Si Reden Rodriguez). Karaniwan umiikot sya somewhere sa San Rafael Rolling Hills at sa Maarat sa San Mateo.

Morning, Sir may grupo nga din kami. Taga Violago kami lahat. Kaya lang Forgets na lahat. Pero nakakapanik pa
rin ng Manila Hills at Mascap. Hamo Sir, Magkikita din tayo minsan. Sana nga magkasama-sama tayo. But sir ingat lagi hah?
Ingat!!! Salamat at hindi ka nagalit
sa mga comment ko!

Hello Antonio.

Thanks for the heads up.

Ang friend talaga ay come and go pero whatever happens, your bike is your best friend most specially pag nasa trail ka.

Bike more and always ride safe.

Again avoid Bgy. Licao-licao, Macabud, Montalban for everybody's safety!!!!!

mga bro. Wawa dam revisited.
